I have been trying to put this wedding into words since Saturday. It was a dream, a literal dream. From the couple, bridal party, family, even vendors, it was a dream.
As soon as I arrived at the Bridal suite, Cassie was already glowing. I don’t think there was a second during the day she wasn’t grinning from ear to ear. She was calm, but you could see her excitement; it was so sweet to see.
One of my favorite moments of the day was the first look. Before the first look, Clayton made sure he had a handkerchief. He knew he would be fighting his tears. He was right; the moment he saw Cassie, his eyes filled with tears. He had the sweetest smile as he admired his bride!
After the first look, Cassie and Clayton exchanged gifts. I LOVE when couples wait until I arrive to do this, there are so many lovely moments I get to capture.
The ceremony site is what dreams are made of; it was incredible! Open shade is the perfect spot to take photos. the entire ceremony site was covered in the even open shade; the photos absolutely reflect. The ceremony photos ended up being some of the most beautiful photos I have ever had the privilege to take!
I had the best time with this sweet couple. The entire day was filled with laughter and excitement. I cannot express how thankful I am to be included in their wedding day.
