Styled shoots are always special for photographers. All participants work so hard to create a dream wedding. Beautiful florals, tablescapes, and the flower wall was my absolute favorite. Might I add the couple looked like they were out of Vogue! There is so much to love.
This was my first styled shoot. Previously I was also a skeptic because it sounds a little intimidating only having a small amount of time to shoot each event. Moreover, you are also shooting alongside other photographers who need to get their shots as well! When I finally decided to give the Styled Session a try, it was fate Chelsey and I crossed paths! We were both part of an international styled group where I asked for Styled Shoots on the Eastern Coast. When Chelsea posted that she was planning one at 304 Collective in Fairmont, West Virginia, I immediately jumped at the opportunity. I was willing to travel to Charleston South Carolina for a Styled Session so when I realized it was only two hours north, that was definitely more appealing.
Chelsey planned every detail from a photographers standpoint. From the lighting, to display, to the couple; it was phenomenal!
I have seen so many florals over the years, but I love what Shyla put together. If I was getting married again these are the florals I would choose without a doubt! Pinks are my favorite! In fact, I love them so much the flower photos are the background on my computer!
