Justin & Mallory were referred to me by friends. I was so excited when she contacted me about her wedding. She & I just meshed so well! When we scheduled their engagement session I was thrilled. We used the BRAND NEW Wedding Venue, Mia Bella Grande. If you haven’t had the chance to check out the Mia Bella Grand you can find them on Facebook. (we will have another post about this venue very soon!) So often engagement sessions in the winter are a little bland as we miss the green and blooms of Spring/Summer and then the beautiful foliage of the fall. However, that is why I just adore Mia Bella Grand. It provides such color and contrast anytime of the year! The trees are miles high and it looks as if you’re in the middle of summer anytime!
When I first arrived at the location I had the opportunity to officially meet Mallory and O my! She is so sweet and her smile lights up a room! She and Justin weren’t the least bit awkward. As childhood sweethearts, they have been together for some time. It showed! They just giggled and grinned at one another the entire session. We traveled the property and stopped at the best locations for their session. In the middle of the session, the owner was actually burning brush. The smoke created such a cool feature in the photos. I was beyond happy with how the images from their session turned out! I hope you enjoy them too!
