This has been an interesting year, to say the least. Brides and wedding vendors have had to encounter problems we never even thought about. I have been incredibly blessed, all my Brides have handled each and every situation that occurs with grace and poise.
Ciera is one of those sweet Brides. She and Ricky had planned a big celebration with their closest friends and family. Unfortunately due to the circumstances, they were unable to have the wedding as planned. Since they faced many restrictions they decided to have a small elopement to finally become husband and wife.
They chose the most beautiful venue to host the celebration. Athena Farm and Vineyard is one of my absolute favorite places to have any photo session; make it a wedding and I cannot contain my excitement! When she wrote to me and let me know what their new plans were I think I squealed with excitement!
The day went off seamlessly, Ciera had the most amazing Bridesmaids! They catered to her throughout the entire day. The Bridal suite is amazing! Each and every bridesmaid had their own little corner as they prepared for the wedding. As I took photos of the ladies they were so sweet to celebrate Ciera as she continued to prepare for the ceremony.
One of my favorite moments of the day was Ciera’s first look with her dad! He was so sweet! He was anxious as she approached him. The happy tears he shed were so sweet. As soon as he turned around to see his beautiful daughter he went and squeezed her with such love.
The ceremony was at the Prayer Garden. Ciera and Ricky wrote their own vows to one another, tears were shed, they were so beautiful.
During the ceremony, they did a prayer over the couple and Ciera’s sweet nephew, who was the ring bearer, lifted his hands to bless the couple, it was such a sweet moment.
I could go on and on about this wedding all day! It truly made me so happy I was blessed with the opportunity to be a part of their day. God truly sends me the most amazing Brides and for that, I am so thankful!
