So I walked into this day knowing three things. One, Casey was going to be a stunning bride. Secondly, the venue would be a perfect backdrop for photos. But most importantly, I knew that Garrett was so in love with Casey, and I couldn’t wait to capture that.
I enjoyed every moment of the day. They were both relaxed but filled with so much joy. I felt like I was with friends the entire time.
The sky was blue and beautiful, but right before the ceremony, it began to rain. I know there isn’t a Bride that wants rain on their wedding day, but rain on your wedding day is said to bring good fortune.
“According to the old wives’ tale, the knot in ‘tying the knot’ becomes wet and is harder to break, thus making the marriage stronger.”
This rain was just for the purpose of good fortune.
Beauty comes in so many forms. Casey is strikingly stunning; she is also humble and kind. Her smile can light up a room. I loved watching how she made so many others smile throughout the day.
I truly loved every part of this day, and I can’t wait to share it with you.
This day was a dream, from the stunning golf course to the beautiful water backdrops and golden sunset light! This wedding was magical.
