Oak Grove Farms is such a beautiful venue. It has beautiful fields of green, some woodland views, which are my favorite, just a touch of everything you could want in a wedding venue.
This wedding was my first visit to the venue. As we arrived we went straight to find the bridal party. They were tucked away in the bridal suite to the back. As I open the door, I was greeted with a smile from Alyssa.
Have you ever heard of the phrase “Cool as a Cucumber” Well, she was cool as a cucumber? Some things had gone a little “wrong” that day but you could not see it on her face.
As ceremony time as upon us, Justin looked just a “tad” nervous, but he had a smile that was from ear to ear!
These types of wedding are my favorite; I go into the wedding not knowing either party. (Bride/Groom etc.) But I feel as though I leave as friends. I know their “love” story and get a good glimpse of who they are as individuals and as a couple. One thing that I learned from these two, is without a doubt, God made them for one another! Alyssa may be as cool as a cumber but Justin is the pea to her pod 😉
